03 Free Services for Air Conditioners purchased with One Year Warranty and 05 Free Services for Air Conditioners purchased with Two Year Warranty will be carried out by wOw.lk authorized service agents every 4 months during the comprehensive warranty period.

Services will be carried out only upon when request is made by the customer. DCL (Pvt) Ltd will not take any responsibility if the customer has not made a request for the FREE Services offered within the warranty period, hence on the above situation the Free services will become null & void. (For any additional services, customers are required to pay an additional amount)

*If the customer does not sign a ‘Service Contract Agreement’ with DCL (Pvt) Ltd. for the periodical services of the air conditioner after the free services, the warranty on the compressor will become null and void.
