- Keeri Samba Rice is a renown rice variety for it’s smooth and unique starchy and corny flavour and aroma. It is the most expensive sub-variety of rice and has the smallest grain. It’s rich in Vitamin B which enhances brain functions, energy levels, and cell metabolism. Keeri Samba rice has a medium GI value which helps to maintain body weight and diabetes level. Keeri Samba rice contains more vitamins and minerals absorbed from the rice bran. So this rice variety has more proteins, iron and fiber and less fat than regular long grain white rice varieties. It is mainly used for biryani and fried rice. It does not contain sand, stones or black seeds. Keeri Samba is gluten-free and non-greasy.
